1)  AmpliPlaz Plasmid Isolation Kit.

Ampliplaz  Spin Clean Plasmid Prep Kit is a used to purify plasmid DNA from bacterial cultures. This kits typically use spin column-based methods to separate plasmid DNA from other cellular components, such as proteins, lipids, and RNA. Spin column-based kits are widely used in molecular biology research and are known for their ease of use, high yield, and high purity of the resulting plasmid DNA. The spin column itself is a small, plastic column that is packed with silica- based beads that bind to and purify the plasmid DNA.

Highlights

Purity: No genomic DNA or RNA contamination

Quality: Mostly supercoiled plasmid; High Phred score in Sanger sequencing Simple: No phenol/chloroform extraction or alcohol precipitation required

Yield: ~20 µg of plasmid DNA can be obtained from a single column (dependent on copy number)

2) Ampligen  Bacterial genomic DNA isolation kit.

The Ampligen  E.Coli DNA Purification Kit is a spin column-based kit designed for the isolation of high-quality genomic DNA

from E.Coli bacteria. The EDL buffer efficiently lyses bacterial cells and denatures proteins, allowing for the release of high-quality

genomic DNA. The proteinase K and RNase A help to further digest the bacterial proteins and RNA, respectively, resulting in a

clean and pure DNA sample.

The spin column-based purification process allows for the easy and efficient removal of contaminants such as salts,

proteins, and other impurities, resulting in high-quality DNA that is suitable for use in a variety of downstream

applications, such as PCR, sequencing, and genotyping. This Kit offers a cost-effective solution for high-throughput DNA

purification. The elution buffer provided with the kit ensures maximum recovery of DNA, making it a reliable and efficient tool for

researchers in molecular biology, biotechnology, and other related fields.
